2. Nature of Digital Products & Delivery
GROWOR produces and distributes informational business blueprints, project reports, cost breakdowns, supplier references, and consultancy sessions designed for micro-enterprises and small manufacturing units in India.
- Digital Delivery: All blueprint guides and project reports are delivered electronically via website download, email, or WhatsApp message immediately upon successful payment verification. No physical paper book is shipped unless explicitly specified as a customized offline service.
- Lifetime Access: Once purchased, users receive permanent personal access to download and refer to their purchased blueprints.
3. No Guarantee of Profits or Business Success
All turnover figures, margin percentages, and monthly profit estimates displayed on our website, inside blueprint PDFs, or discussed during advisory calls are indicative projections based on industry models, not guarantees.
Business outcomes depend heavily on local market demand, raw material price fluctuations, personal management capability, sales execution, and local regulatory conditions. GROWOR does not promise, represent, or warrant that you will earn any specific income or profit.
4. No Guarantee of Bank Loan or Subsidy Sanctions
GROWOR provides guidance, project report structures, and CMA format preparation for government-sponsored schemes including PMEGP (Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme), Mudra, and Stand-Up India.
However, GROWOR is not a bank, lending institution, or government entity. The decision to approve, sanction, or disburse any business loan or capital subsidy lies solely with the respective commercial lending bank, district task force committee (DTFC), or government agency, subject to their internal credit and risk criteria. We do not and cannot guarantee loan approvals.
5. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
All blueprint content, research reports, formatting, graphics, and text on GROWOR are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Purchased blueprints are licensed for the personal, internal commercial use of the buyer.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, publicly upload, share via open groups, or commercially republish any GROWOR blueprint in whole or in part.
6. Payments & Razorpay Processing
Payments on GROWOR are processed securely through certified payment gateways including Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to comply with the terms and security protocols of the payment processor. GROWOR does not store your credit card or debit card numbers on its servers.
7. Governing Law & Odisha Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising out of the use of the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any legal proceedings, claims, or arbitration arising under or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nayagarh or Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
