1. Digital Business Blueprints (PDF Downloads)
GROWOR provides downloadable digital intellectual property (step-by-step PDF business blueprints, machine supplier directories, and financial models).
No Refund After Download:
Because digital files are accessible and downloadable immediately upon payment, all sales of Blueprint PDFs (e.g. ₹99 individual blueprints) are final and non-refundable once the file link has been accessed or downloaded.
Exception for Broken or Corrupt Files: If you receive a damaged, unreadable, or corrupted file that cannot be opened on standard PDF viewers, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase. We will supply a corrected file immediately. If we are unable to provide a functional file within 24 hours of your notification, a 100% full refund will be issued.
2. Consultancy & Strategy Calls (1-on-1 Sessions)
- Cancellation Before Work Starts: If you cancel a paid consultation session (e.g. ₹499 30-min call) at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time, you are eligible for a 100% full refund, or you may choose to reschedule to any upcoming available slot free of cost.
- After Call Has Commenced: Once an expert consultation session has commenced or taken place, service fees are non-refundable as our consultant's time has been dedicated to your advisory.
- Custom Project Reports: For personalized feasibility reports or CMA preparations, a full refund is available if requested before our analyst begins drafting the document. Once drafting has started, refunds are pro-rated based on work completed.
3. Government & Statutory Fees (Strictly Non-Refundable)
Statutory & Government Fees Are Never Refundable:
Any government portal fees, stamp duties, GST registration filing charges, trademark application fees, or bank processing fees paid directly or via third-party portals are completely non-refundable under all circumstances, as these payments are remitted directly to statutory bodies.
4. Refund Processing Timelines
When a refund is approved by our support team:
- The refund is initiated within 24 hours of approval.
- Funds are returned to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) via Razorpay.
- Depending on your issuing bank, the credit typically reflects in your statement within 5 to 7 business days.
