We only collect information necessary to fulfill our educational and advisory services:
- Contact Information: Your full name, mobile number (including WhatsApp contact), and email address provided during checkout, inquiry, or booking.
- Location & Business Interest: City, district, state, and specific manufacturing or trading sectors you are interested in starting.
- Advisory Documents (Where applicable): Project draft files, quotation copies, or bank correspondence you voluntarily submit to our consultants for personalized review or loan report preparation.
- Payment Metadata: Transaction reference IDs, payment status, and order details. Note: Sensitive card details or UPI PINs are processed directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway (Razorpay) and are never stored on GROWOR servers.
3. Why We Collect Your Data (Purpose of Processing)
We process your personal data for clear, lawful, and specified purposes:
- To instantly deliver your purchased Blueprint PDFs via email and WhatsApp.
- To schedule and conduct 1-on-1 strategy and consultancy calls.
- To prepare personalized business reports and calculate regional project feasibility.
- To send transactional updates, receipts, and important platform notifications.
- Where you have explicitly opted in via our forms, to share weekly business ideas and community updates on WhatsApp.
4. Who Sees Your Information (Data Sharing & Third Parties)
We never sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information to third-party data brokers or marketing agencies.
Your information is accessible solely to:
- Our authorized internal research and consulting team for delivering your service.
- Certified payment processors (Razorpay) to securely process payments and handle chargebacks.
- Transactional messaging infrastructure (WhatsApp Business API / verified email servers) strictly for order receipts and scheduled call reminders.
- Law enforcement or judicial bodies only when mandated by valid legal process under Indian law.
5. Data Retention & Security
We employ industry-standard SSL encryption (HTTPS) in transit and secure database storage protocols. Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to provide service access, fulfill taxation and accounting records required by Indian law, and resolve disputes.
6. How to Delete Your Data (Your Rights under DPDP Act)
Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, update, or completely withdraw consent and request the deletion of your personal data from our systems.
To exercise your right to deletion:
Send an email with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” to support@growor.in or contact our Grievance Officer. Mention your registered mobile number and email.
We acknowledge all data erasure requests within 24 hours and finalize deletion across active databases within 48 hours.
